UK Mainland delivery.

Delivery is free in England, Wales and the Central Belt of Scotland. Live further afield? We’ll happily give you an affordable delivery quote. hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk or 01223 967436

Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.

We can deliver to you but, sadly, not for free. You’re a bit out of our range. Please contact us and we’ll give you a reasonable and affordable quote.

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands.

Sorry. We can’t deliver to you at the moment - although we’re working on it. If you have access to a delivery hub on the UK mainland that can deliver to your address, contact us and we’ll deliver to them.

Wherever you live.

All our deliveries are made by specialist furniture couriers that we know and trust. Not a national parcel company or box shifter. 

If you want them to, they will carry your item to a downstairs room of your choice and check to see that everything is as it should be. So that, when they leave, you are happy.

If you need your furniture taking upstairs, this is usually fine. But we need to know this before the delivery, in case the courier needs to bring extra equipment or make special arrangements.

Your driver will text a specific time for delivery, to give you notice. If that slot is not convenient for you, no problem. Either reply to the text, or email us and we’ll find a better time. 

Delivery timescales

Please allow 7-14 working days. Often it is sooner than estimated. It depends on our stock levels and where you live. If you really need an item by a particular date, drop us a line at hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk and we’ll move mountains to make this happen if we can.

Checking and signing for your delivery

When the courier delivers your item they will personally check that everything is in order. Then they’ll ask you to confirm the successful delivery with your signature.

Damaged items

It’s highly unlikely but if the item is damaged or faulty and the problem was missed at the delivery check, please email us at hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent and for the damaged item to be collected.

Returns

If you would like to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging. We can arrange for our delivery team to collect the item for a small fee. N.B. if the item arrives back damaged or not in the original packaging we will need to make a reduction to your refund.
