Uk Mainland delivery
England
Delivery is free in England except for all Devon & Cornwall postcodes where a small surcharge will apply. Please email us at: hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk for the surcharge to these postcodes.
Scotland & Wales
A small surcharge will apply for Scotland and Wales deliveries. Please email us at: hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk for the surcharge.
Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We are sorry but we do not deliver to: Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Island or Northern Ireland.
Delivery Partners
We hand deliver all our items using a specialist furniture courier rather than a parcel delivery company. We care that your item receives in perfect condition. Our courier will take your item into a downstairs room of choice if you would like them to.
The delivery company will contact you by phone or email prior to delivery to arrange suitable days and times for delivery. You will be given a specific time slot for delivery.
Delivery Timescales
We allow up to 2.5 weeks for delivery. Often it is sooner dependent on your postcode. If you require an item by a particular date, drop us a line at hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk and we will try to accommodate this.
Delivery Sign for & Check
Upon delivery the driver will ask you to sign a delivery note to confirm it has been delivered. Please check your order carefully and advise the courier if you think there is damage.
Damaged items:
In the unlikely event you open the packaging and find your item is damaged please email us at hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk. We will contact you and make arrangements for a replacement to be sent and for collection of the damaged item. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
Returns:
If you would like to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at: hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk
The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging. We can arrange for our delivery team to collect the item for a small fee. Please email us for details hello@elderflowerlane.co.uk. If the item arrives back damaged or not in the original packaging we will contact you to advise the reduction we will make to your refund.
