Uk Mainland delivery
Delivery is free in England except for Cornwall and Devon where additional charges will apply.
Scotland & Wales
Additional charge will apply for Scotland and Wales deliveries. Please email us at: email@example.com for details.
Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We are sorry but we do not deliver to: Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Island or Northern Ireland.
We hand deliver all our items using a specialist furniture courier rather than a parcel delivery company. We care that your item receives in perfect condition.
This is a one man service. If you item is large and you require a 2 man delivery service, please let us know.
If you require assistance getting your item into a particular room, please let us know and we will try to help.
The company will contact you by phone or email prior to delivery to arrange suitable days and times for delivery. You will be given a specific time slot for delivery.
We allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Often it is sooner dependent on your postcode. If you require an item by a particular date, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate this.
Delivery Sign for & Check
Upon delivery the driver will ask you to sign a delivery note to confirm it has been delivered. Please check your order carefully and advise the courier if you think there is damage.
In the unlikely event you open the packaging and find your item is damaged please email us at email@example.com. We will contact you and make arrangements for a replacement to be sent and for collection of the damaged item. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
If you would like to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging. We can arrange for our delivery team to collect the item for a small fee. Please email us for details email@example.com. If the item arrives back damaged or not in the original packaging we will contact you to advise the reduction we will make to your refund.
